Understanding how work really happens across the teams, systems and processes within your firm. I create an informal and supportive atmosphere so your teams feel empowered to explain what is currently working well and also, what is not working well from their perspective.

Analysis and Guidance

Don’t be shocked at this stage. You will learn things that you never knew about the work in each department, the lengths your team go to in order to support their Clients and, areas where they need more support. We will look over the details, business impact and suggested solutions together.

Effective Training

Most training that is delivered is ineffective because it is not designed to help the attendees retain the information. My approach to training is rooted in fundamental learning principles, in the context of each department’s work and ensures that the attendees can recall and implement their learnings long-term.

System Adoption and Alignment

Addressing these changes does three things: Helps the firm to improve productivity and the value from your existing software, makes each team feel heard and empowered to continue discussing challenges as they occur, creates meaningful process change that people are enthusiastic to adopt.
